If your answer is YES, the JIAIDO Association’s Instructor program offers you an exciting opportunity.
Becoming a JIAIDO instructor is a rewarding journey that can be pursued through two distinct paths. The traditional method involves years of dedicated practice, where students gradually acquire the skills and knowledge needed to guide classes and eventually become instructors. This approach is based on love and passion, allowing individuals to grow into their teaching roles organically over time.
For those seeking a more structured and intensive route, the JIAIDO instructor program offers a focused curriculum designed for individuals interested in deepening their understanding of JIAIDO philosophy and practice. Led directly by the founding master of JIAIDO, Ajiit, this program provides a comprehensive training experience for those looking to pursue a career in teaching and sharing this art with others.
Whether you choose the traditional path of experience or the intensive instructor program, both avenues offer unique opportunities for personal growth and professional development within the realm of JIAIDO.
During the program, prospective instructors will receive comprehensive training on teaching JIAIDO exercises, mastering JIAIDO Ate Bodywork, and understanding the profound philosophy that underlies this transformative practice. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step of the journey, ensuring that you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed. Besides your own practice and theoretical education, the program also includes two months of teaching practice, where you can develop your class management skills and ability to lead JIAIDO classes.
The founder of the JIAIDO method and our experienced instructors will guide you step by step on the path to becoming an instructor.
Upon completion of the training objectives, you will have the opportunity to take an exam for certification. The exam extends to both the practice and theory of JIAIDO.
Whether you would like to be an entry-level instructor or aim to advance to higher levels, we are committed to provide you with the necessary learning process all the way.
To become a JIAIDO instructor, you must dedicate yourself to a comprehensive one-year educational training program.
This program involves active participation in regular classes held at the dojo on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Additionally, trainees will engage in 12 hours of practice with Ajiit, the founding master of the JIAIDO method, every month over a span of two weeks.
To further enhance your skills and knowledge, you are encouraged to participate in private morning practices.
By investing time and effort in honing your craft through our comprehensive training program, you will be equipped with the knowledge and expertise needed to become a proficient JIAIDO instructor.
