What is JIAIDO movement meditation?
JIAIDO is a movement meditation created by Ajiit, spiritual teacher and master of martial arts, that helps release physical tension, quiet the mind, and restore your natural balance. With roots in martial arts, it combines simple, flowing movements and conscious breathing in a fully guided practice. No experience needed – just curiosity.

Classes: Every Thuesday and Thursday, 7:00 – 8:00 PM

Price: Single ticket: 4200 Ft / class, monthly pass: 28.000 Ft / month
