In JIAIDO the movements are based on martial arts elements, but there is no fighting or competition. Slow, flowing, easy and dynamic, fast, powerful exercises alternate. It is an exciting form of exercise where you can simultaneously experience your inner dynamism and balanced calmness.

Location: JIAIDO Meditation Center, 1133 Budapest, Vág utca 19.

You can reach here via M3 metro (Dózsa György út stop) or by taking buses 15, 115, and trolleybus 75.

It is not necessary to be in exceptionally good condition or to have prior training, since everything starts with the basics. In the long term based on your pace of development and your enthusiasm, you can continue practicing in the most suitable group.

Loose, comfortable pants, t-shirt and clean socks, preferably white or light colored. Shoes are not needed in the room.
